1. Jackie’s music and career are legitimate subjects for discussion on this forum. I do not consider that the expression of a negative opinion constitutes an attack. 2. However, I have repeatedly stated that discussion and criticism of other forum members is not welcome here. Bolt, your posts on this forum since registering 10 days ago have been unwelcome for reason 2 above, and are becoming increasingly unpleasant. Many of Beachguy’s posts are unwelcome for the same reason. It seems that you have much in common. You are two sides to the same coin. Most decent people will tolerate a certain amount of unwelcomeness for the sake of a quiet life. But some will persist in their needling until they provoke a reaction. A commonly used term for such behaviour is “bullying”. The simplest course of action for a moderator to remove such unpleasantness is to delete the entire thread in which it appears. If anyone has issues with the way I moderate this forum, then please take it up with the administrators. That's what I think too. Maybe Bolt is Beachguy. Beachguy didn't show up any more since a certain time. If Bolt is Beachguy then at least the Beachguy has improved his diction.

With Jackie, I'd imagine you'd only have to address it Jackie Evancho c/- Gibsonia, Pittsburgh, and I'd be surprised if it's not delivered. Sorry but Lisa said along time ago that she will throw anything sent to Jackie away. Lisa doesn't seem to have the nicest personality. Then why is Lisa on the TLC show seen opening and reading some of Jackie's mail? She reads a negative one about singing at the inauguration then turns to Mike and asks if he thinks they should show it to Jackie. This shows that Jackie does get mail and that Lisa probably vets it and throws away the crap.

It didn't say what music and DVD charts her recordings have dominated, so there's no lie there. It actually says she's a "legitimate force within the classical crossover genre". Not a truer word was spoken.

How does one check the number of viewers to an individual thread? Is it possible to do that?

Nothing new at Ricks joint except Jackie posted a picture of Juliet in that two piece diaper thiny , the Admin said ""Juliet looks like a boy "" and yellow member says she is a beauty , duh , perhaps needing eye wear , the tiger member thinks Jackie uses her hands a lot so wonderfully , duh! most singers do so it is not the greatest thing in the world when Jackie does it , got to love these fans . Rick really keeps the kids in line over there as he is the King leader , they kneel to him , what a great leader Admin he is , check him out >>Rick O , Rickky , Ricky , Rick , Rick The Dictator . across the pond . Thanks Beachy, I am aware that other singers move their hands and make gestures to aid expression of the music. Lara Fabian comes to mind. I just don't think any do it as beautifully as Jackie, at least not that I've seen. Some I think would be better off if they didn't do it. Like Jackie has the most beautiful tone, I think she also has the most beautiful gestures. I'm not alone in complimenting her for that. But I am open on this subject; there are bound to be others whose gestures are as beautiful and expressive as Jackie's, I just haven't been moved by any in the same way.

I hear David Foster is working on multiple projects with Broadway in mind. I'm hoping one or more will involve Jackie. When her move to New York was first announced it was stated that she was intending to do some Broadway work. It will be interesting to see.

For the record, Jackie was 15 when I found out about her, so I missed all the AGT hoo haa. I like her AGT performances, but there are many I like more than those, so I was never in on the AGT party and did not have the high expectations that others might have had at the time. If Two Hearts hasn't been a spectacular success it might be because it tries to cover too much ground with a mix of pop and CC. That is something she will no doubt take into account. To me, she is utterly captivating and is still only on the doorstep of her career. These lines I came across I think put it very nicely. Girl in the Red Dress
Where has that pretty girl in the red dress gone? Will she play in the field near her home again as the gentle wind touches her soft pinkish face, so young yet so fearless? Time has passed, but not her light-heartedness and dreams: will she still chase butterflies in joyful spring as flowers blossom wide in smile for her as a young lady?
Will her delightful voice still echo and warmly touch our hearts? It’s elementary: yes.

I really like the way this one has been put together. Expertly done. One of Jackie's most beautiful songs too.

Jackie will grow strong as the oak tree in back yard where bird feeds hang , there will be sunny days she will feel and welcome the warm rays of nourishment with smiles and she will feel mighty as the coming months pass with seasons , at times the cloudy sky will cry and will open its full belly and a flood of rain drops will fall as sheets from heaven on her soft limbs , she will stand tall even from the cold brazen wind of the north that tries to twist her or to bend her to grow one way or another , she will remain in tune of grow straight in song and weather it all , there will be bare and dark days of thunder of storms even at times fierce in nature of humans , she will in time sprout magnificently with a bark to protect as moss tenderly , she will remain steadfast against the tempest , she may have trembled at times in youth but she grows to when she will not even quiver again , blue birds and song birds will build safe nests in this tree of melody , the spring robin will chirp ...Cheerie ...cheer up...cheer up ...Jackie This is a Beachguy post , what are your posts ? what kind of thought do you post ? This is beautiful writing. I call it "The Tempest". You know, Rob, that Beachguy is a peculiar fellow. He got himself all tangled up over at Rick's in exchanges of PMs with a bunch of people who were hostile to him, and no good came of it. And yet to me, who is sympathetic to him, he will not respond to my PMs that are well meant. Can't figure him out; can you?

There are but a few members on all Jackie forums that write very nice posts but most are shallow in thinking , they will not care for very nice writing of thoughts an effort an time as from a tiger as a ............................juxtaposer , there are few like him that make a forum enjoyable . Congrats !!! as with every stroke of lines written an read there is beauty in words . I have just about stopped writing very nice articles of Jackie as there are few that even read them . they would rather see a picture or view a video , yesterday is gone . there is but now .
Be of good heart, Beachguy, and write what is in it.

Here I see an artist who is on track - simple, beautiful, unpretentious. They say if something seems too good to be true it probably is. That does not apply to Jackie.

Ben, you seem to have made a very detailed study of this subject. Are you a psychologist? Yes, and retired. Since I made one lucky guess, I'm going to try for another. This one is a much longer shot, but are, by any chance, a Baha'i?
