According to wikipedia, there are approximately 10,000 three-leaf clovers for every four-leaf clover. Also possible to find 5 leaf clovers (known as a rose clover), and even 6 leaf clovers in nature. I can vouch for that. When I was a kid I spent hours looking over for four leaf clovers and did find a couple of fives and a six.

One big reason why Jackie's music does not appeal in a big way to her generation may be that many, if not most of her peers have been musically lobotomized. Their empty cavities refilled with raucous, vulgar noisy trash. ie. rap, hip hop, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Beyonce etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.. Whenever I listen to Jackie singing Nella Fantasia I realize most her age can not possibly appreciate its beauty. In fact, I am certain most would be turned off by it. Our culture seems in headlong flight from what is true and beautiful, especially our young.
The other song that makes me wonder about it all is The Impossible Dream. Jackie sings it at nearly every concert. While she always dedicates it to her Mom and her role in Jackie's living what seems like an impossible dream, I wonder if it also describes more about Jackie and what motivates her to sing "beautiful" music whatever its genre. Study its lyrics below. I'd be interested in what you think about them. Just another song she likes to sing? More to it than that? Do you think that Jackie may be on a quest and mission to help change, even a little, the culture she's growing up in?
To dream the impossible dream To fight the unbeatable foe To bear with unbearable sorrow And to run where The brave dare not go To right the unrightable wrong And to love pure and chaste from afar To try when your arms are too weary To reach the unreachable star This is my quest To follow that star No matter how hopeless No matter how far To fight for the right Without question or pause To be willing to march, March into hell For that heavenly cause And I know If I'll only be true To this glorious quest That my heart Will lie peaceful and calm When I'm laid to my rest And the world will be Better for this That one man, scorned And covered with scars, Still strove with his last Ounce of courage To reach the unreachable, The unreachable, The unreachable star And I'll always dream The impossible dream Yes, and I'll reach The unreachable star The lyrics of the song are very poetic, which is something you see in the great song lyrics and melodies, unlike the ego and attitude of so many modern pop songs. Jackie gives us poetry and music for the heart.

Jackie’s Voice is Music
I have heard so many sounds over the years
That jar my mind and play to my darkest fears,
But Jackie’s voice is music to my ears.
In a world going haywire day by day
Throwing everything that is beautiful away,
Jackie’s is the music that I play.
Jackie’s voice is music: it is a heavenly thing
Shining like a thousand suns on the open fields of spring
That bloom forever in my imagining.
And every song she sings is a delight:
Be it from the silver screen, music of the night
Or one made to dream, she sings it right.
And when I hear her voice the storm cloud clears,
The sun bursts through and the magic reappears:
Jackie’s voice is music, music to my ears.

lets look at this complete forum compared to others , here it is international with artists one can promote for what ever reason , the Admin is hardly even seen except for added info or is on hand to answer any questions by members or watching all stay within the rules , even swear words are not allowed as this is a class site which may be visited by the Queen , as mostly adults , negative thoughts are permitted if with respect imo , a I don't like that dress or song or etc is ok for all will not agree on all things if so it would not be a interesting forum but boring as jolly tea time with nap God Save the Queen! Here is Katherine Jenkins singing the National Anthem: www.youtube.com/watch?v=YT-fGjeIN881. God save our gracious Queen! Long live our noble Queen! God save the Queen! Send her victorious, Happy and glorious, Long to reign over us, God save the Queen. 2. O Lord our God arise, Scatter her enemies And make them fall; Confound their politics, Frustrate their knavish tricks, On Thee our hopes we fix, God save us all! . My favourite version www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-nPsrX05Rk

Being 25% Native American I read this in Smithsonian 2016 > For more than a century the US government took Native children from their homes an families to attend western schools , with devastating effects still felt today . Some were sent thousands of miles away . Henio-Yazzie > " When I got there I said I'm from New Mexico , I don't belong here and I want to go home "" , Bessie Randolf > "" Our parents thought that because they sent us to school we'd know what to do and where to go after , but we left school completely lost "" , Nixon Martinez > "" If you talked Navajo you weren't as good as the kids who talked English .I'd never known you could get in trouble for being who you are "" , if the American people really knew their Government they would not believe many , many actions taken from people in DC . Who are the Native Americans an what rights do they have here ? who has the rights of the land ? www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIp045ONcwE

Jackie will not be able to see it or touch it but it can touch her , it is one of the most powerful forces in the world , it seems to come from nowhere , it can rise in heat ? any guesses ? winner receives free Fish & Chips From the Admin on Fri , contest ends in 24 hours Ok , no guess as I thought , I have only posted things as this for the Evancho children for 4 years , this is why we need some younger alive members on Jackie forums , yikes can't have fun or laugh the answer is the Wind . In ancient Greek mythology Aeolus was king of the winds an kept them all in leather bags . Air rises when the sun heats it : cool air rushes in to fill its place , the result : Air >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> If you live in western usa , it is called Chinook an Santa Ana The Witch winds are gales blamed for everything from cows refusing to give milk to students flunking exams Yikes John is off the hook
Of course you can touch the wind... www.youtube.com/watch?v=1s3BIX0duKs

New profile picture from Jackie's Twitter account; likely from the AGT taping I think: Don
A nice look indeed , what does it say ? This is the look of a girl who knows she is loved.

years ago I used to post Topics for the Evancho children even if I knew they would never read . Your "" Room "" Spell room backward and you'll find .....it turns to moor which brings to mind the opposite of room , a place of mossy land and open space where Sherlock Holmes might chase a hound through mist across the boggy ground. My ceiling isn't half as tall My room is relatively small So when I need more room I find the space outside my home .
Works very well, except for the last couplet. Can I be so bold as to suggest you alter the second last line to "So when I need more room to roam". Cheers.

Another habit I had was to post a moon song after each poem, because that's from whence it all came.

Jackie is a miracle, but Lisa gave us that miracle. She suffers from Lyme's disease which is one of a complex of illnesses a lot in common with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. These are cruel, punishing and unremitting ailments that inflict on the sufferer tremendous challenges. Every day you wake feeling crushed, and it doesn't get any easier thereafter. The exhaustion you start the day with is exacerbated by every menial task and interaction throughout. It is a burden you can't put down: you struggle to be helpful to those who need you, your social world is compromised, you face confusion and misunderstanding from everyone around. Chronic illness brings with it unavoidable battles with depression which you have to will yourself to win. And you must keep winning them. Only prolonged rest and retirement can give even the slightest amelioration, but what mother of four boisterous children can afford that? Much more is demanded of Lisa given the unique situation she and her family are in with the whirlwind career of Jackie and all the other dramas minor and major. The Jackie phenomenon all came out of a mother's desire to inspire and encourage her child. The illness she suffers is no fault of her own. We who are thrilled by Jackie's performances could do well to be more understanding of Lisa's situation, keep her in our thoughts and pray for her well being.

On the defunct official Proboards forum there was a thread for poetry with the above name, that I occasionally contributed to. It wasn't started by me, but I take the liberty of continuing it here. This poem is a tribute to someone I admire who, despite difficult and challenging circumstances, has done so much for her family and, as a consequence, for us all.
For the Mother of the Goddess
As the stars ignited one after another
Watching over all was the goddess's mother:
Pardon my poem if you think me immodest
But these lines I declare for the mother of the goddess.
By ancient oaths it is solemnly sworn
That goddesses are, from the time they’re born,
Fed on miracles of one kind or other
Divinely inspired by the goddess’s mother.
Love in the heart that will never falter,
Nourishment placed on the family altar,
Kisses and kindnesses accruing –
It's all the mother of the goddess’s doing.
Two cats and a lizard, a crayfish, three frogs,
Three ducks, a guinea pig, four crazy dogs
And four sacred children crying in need –
That’s a lot for a goddess’s mother to feed.
Let the cherubim and seraphim all close ranks
Around the mother of the goddess and offer her thanks
For the love in her heart and soul that she
Gives to them unconditionally.

Cheers all. I too am a refugee from the deleted official pro boards forum. I really enjoyed my time there and am sad it has gone. I don't know exactly why it was deleted, but I was logged on about a week ago when there were some harsh retorts to Jackie's mum. Maybe she felt not enough of us stuck up for her, I don't know. Most people were very respectful, but a few seemed to lose track of the fact that while we were there we were guests of the Evancho family. If any of us were ever actually in their house we wouldn't think to be disruptive, get loud or start arguments, and so it should have been on the forum, at least that's how I see it. At any rate I'm here now, for the time being, so will have a look around and check things out.
