Was Hayley Westenra's Paradiso not a lyrical collaboration?

Hello everyone, please let me introduce myself, my name is Jay Hall personal manager to Romina Arena. Here are the facts on “Morricone.Uncovered”: 1) Romina wrote lyrics on 14 of 15 tracks on the album 2) Romina’s Italian version of “Once Upon a Time in America” titled “Ti Ho Amato” is with completely different lyrics from Alan & Marilyn Bergman’s English version although there is another Italian version written by Luca Angelosanti and recorded by Il Divo titled “L’Alba Del Mondo”. Romina’s Italian version is not a translation of either one of these. 3) Romina also wrote lyrics to the love theme song “Playing Love” from the movie “The Legend of 1900” she recorded her re-titled “What Can I Do?” version in English. We found an English version recorded by Roger Waters titled “Lost Boys Calling” from the tribute album “Everybody Loves Ennio” released about seven years ago. Romina’s English version is completely different from Roger Waters English version. 4) “Mi Corazon” “My Heart and I” from the Italian movie “La Piovia” was recorded and written in English by Amy Stewart and also by Sting. Romina wrote complete new original Spanish lyrics for the first time, this was not a translation from the English version. 5) “Love Affair” was written by Romina in English and Italian. We found out later that KD Lang completely wrote and recorded another version in English. 6) “Malena” Romina wrote original English and Italian lyrics to the love theme that she titled “Solo Noi” There was version recorded by Hayley Westerna. Romina’s lyrics are completely different from this version and not a translation. 7) From the movie “Legend of 1900” there was another song recorded in English by Renee Fleming and has been rewritten with the title “Come Sail Away” this has been completely rewritten with new Italian lyrics by Romina titled “Un Attimo” this is also not a translation. I have found (along with Morricone’s management team) that there are unauthorized versions out there and are currently being reviewed. Below are the songs that no one has ever written lyrics to before (that we know of except Romina’s version): The film “Lolita” “The Woman in Me” From the film “The Untouchables” “Saying Good Bye” from the Death Theme From the film “Casualties of War” “Ritornerai Dolce Amore” From the film “A Time of Destiny” “Return To Me” From the film “The Professional” she collaborated with Rick Allison as a publisher on “Levent Et Le Cri” From the film “Per Amore” “Requiem of Love” duet with Marcello Giordani From the film “For a Few Dollars More” based on “Sixty Seconds to What” “il Tempo Sa” From the film “For Love One Can Die” “Morir D’Amore- I Die A Little” From the film “This Kind of Love” “Se Non Fossi Tu”
Maestro Morricone not only gave 100% blessings to this project but he had ever thing to do with it. He overseen and approved the entire project including the Orchestra, charts, arrangements, recording and lyrics as well as his personal manager and agent (which is also Romina’s as well as my partners) for “Morricone.Uncovered”. You might also look on the album and you will find that they are the co-Executive producers along with the label president. I invite anyone to contact me directly for any and all concerns regarding this matter newmusicgroup@msn.com
PS, I will have some very surprising news to announce regarding this matter on this board in the coming weeks, pleased stay tuned. Jay Hall/ Personal Manager for Romina Arena

Just to let everyone know, I made posts on this thread that were incorrect and inaccurate, and I have deleted them.
I have partially left some of her manager's original message so he can tell you about Romina's album.
Romina and team have my sincere apologies.
Best wishes, Nic x
