I wanted to introduce you to a young and talented Iranian classical-crossover singer, Shahram Shokoohi. please take the time and listen to this track from his debut album (released in autumn 2011), called Modara. please listen till the end, it has a terrific ending.

I couldn't listen through 4shared since I don't have an account so I looked him up on youtube.

Sounds interesting. I'd like to know more about his album.
I couldn't find a good English website for him.

Maybe I haven't heard enough of him yet, but I don't see how he's a classical crossover artist.

He is actually a Persian-Classical-Crossover, since he is mixing Classical Persian music with pop. The videos that you've posted are among my favorites to, the second one isn't on his album, it was featured on an Iranian TV show, but is a great song anyway.
