Katherine gave a wonderful performance last evening. She ended up with a perfect score total of 90 for her three final dances.
Supposedly the final outcome was determined by fan votes inasmuch as the judges' scoring was so close for the three dancers who had survived to the final show. Katherine was given credit for having set the performance bar so high from the beginning that all of the contenders had had to respond and also do a great job.
(Don't know if "mini-me" Jackie was able to watch the finals. Her last tweet, probably from Lisa, at about 11 PM their time, indicated that Jackie had sustained a 6" gash to her leg while playing and the wound had required 100 stitches from a plastic surgeon to close. Tweet said that everything was better by then.)
Katherine seems to have achieved all and more of what she intended by her participation. While many of us feel that she was the best and should have won, she ended up most likely being the biggest winner of the three (or for that matter of all of the contestants).
We look forward to all of her future ventures!

Gee, even my pc doesn't agree with the result...can't post last night and the worst I didn't see the show last night. My connection is having problem, grrrrrr! 
I'll bet the International fan votes along with the US votes is not enought to offset the popularity to win KJ. Hard to beat the Packer Nation for sure! cuz every football player reach the semi, they'll always win, but the main thing is KJ is the winner in every angle especially the exposure to US mainstream.  
A lot of comments from blogs forum said "who is she?", "hmmnn another super model from eastern europe!", "never heard, the first to be eliminated!" and so on   ...from the very beginning she beat all the odds week by week, a totally unknown to America's Sweetheart. 
A short ride it is but its so amazing, bow to you Katherine The Great Of Wales...back to never watch this DWTS again, lol! ;D

Wow, nice long article! a full package, a triple threat ingredients to be superstar. She can sing, dance & act or more... a Megastar perhaps with that kind of talent, a humble down to earth personality, graceful, regalness and a drop dead gorgeous beauty to boot and we Americans witness all of it. I will not be suprise if theres a Hollywood movie in a near future. Go KJ!

She always said shes a classical singer now the first time I heard her say shes a ' classical crossover' singer. I luv it!!! After the show interview.Tell ya what that was a CRACKING interview!! That guy really knows how to bring people out of their wariness about talking to the paparazzi. He got Katherine and Mark to really open up. Well done whoever you are!! |
