Did someone say "massive surprise"? No kiddin. Yet the usually opinionated Skyhawk has so far stayed mum on this. Hope he hasn't fallen under the weather. Couple days ago he did mention dark clouds gathering?!
First time I heard of this , so yes I was wrong but I wish I was right as it was not as good as the first time , not even near as good , sorry my opinion , and I am sure if any one else thinks as I will not have the courage to speak it , that is why I am not normal the dark clouds were a disappointment coming as I think I was correct .

Here's the set list, thanks to 'rlhamil' :
Take Me There Made To Dream Memories Music of the Night instrumental from Carmen The Impossible Dream Your Love Je T'aime Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again
intermission
Lovers Ave Maria (Vavilov) With Or Without You Nessun Dorma (instrumental) and sung! (the massive surprise) My Immortal Vocalise Ombra Mai Fu Think of Me
encore: The Lord's Prayer
A really pleasant surprise ! But wait, adding Nessun Dorma, but taking out Blank Space? What's that telling you about the direction that Jackie is still taking for the immediate future?! Patience, Skyhawk my pal, as Jackie is still in the transitioning zone...... Don't make it out as if she's in your Twilight Zone, LOL!
Yes she is if Sony has a say , Blank Space was disallowed by Sony , they want her to wait for the new butterfly to flutter anew in time , in time

While browsing LUHRS Center's online brochure, saw other performing art centers featuring Jackie in their brochures too. Found Mayo Performing Arts Center, The Smith Center and Encore Atlanta. I stopped looking after these 4. Seems like Jackie is quite well covered in the finite world of performing arts!
Assuming she stays on course in CC for the immediate future, as she is not ready to conquer the Pop music world yet, what, in your opinion, will/should her next breakthrough be as far as exposure is concerned?

In my opinion, Jackie's career will not follow the typical formula, whether she remains in the CC genre or branches out into the pop world. Her appeal to potential admirers seems to flower naturally once she is heard.
In order to 'compete' with other performers in the 'pop' world in the future, she will be required to take a much more aggressive approach, like saturating the teen media with coverage of her activities, and the recording industry, with original songs. But, I don't see that ever happening nor would I hope it for her. We'll see.
As far as the classical world of music is concerned, Jackie will only be limited by a lack of hard work. It depends upon how much she really wants that kind of success.

I am sure she enjoyed singing something new on the tour even if not new ,

Jackie may take the making of a new recording of it more seriously in the future. Many fans feel this particular version fell a bit short of the mark.

Was this u ben or was your pc or computer hacked It's just my opinion.
This particular arrangement did not allow the dramatic climax for Jackie's vocals which we are accustomed to in earlier productions when Jackie was 10 and 11 years of age.

So if a Sherlock would think since no comment was made on any media outlet that I know of means perhaps this was put together without much research or deep thoughts into the meaning of it to fans an was a late addition to concert , a let's do it this way tonight just for fun , I don't know what the members are saying at her official forums an if Lisa will comment if any less then it was Great . my point was you very rarely bring a little negative thought by other people so I guess you saw some where ALL 100% of fans did not call it the Greatest by a 15 year old . the climax was very nice yes but was not dramatic as we know Jackie can do if really into a finish

The pace was quicker and less flowing at Shippensburg. Also, Miss Evancho's voice is significantly different than it was at 10/11 years of age. For these reasons, I believe there are a number of fans who prefer her earlier renditions.
I have not personally read any negative comments elsewhere; but they have been referred to, without being repeated, by some fans at the other freeforums site. The closest thing to a 'negative' comment I have read is that Jackie sounded a little 'rusty.'

That is the exact reason I have been saying for years , why do it as it will never be sang better in many many minds as mine , the sound of voice was at that time made it impossible to repeat or needed to be repeated as it was a no win deal , did her team NOT KNOW this in Fact , u r right in saying quicker and less flowing so who was behind this whole choice of how to sing it now ? I would bann them

It is my opinion that Jackie (and her management) are experimenting with her present talent, and, at this stage in the game, they believe it is essential to do so.

There is just no other freaking minds as the Hawk's on planet earth. U may have to venture to the Bizarro World to complete your mission. Good Luck ! This post will self-destruct in 5 seconds............ KA-BOOM
