According to the Aled Jones Official site on Facebook, Aled is "speeding off to record a Charity Christmas single with Sir Terry Wogan and Hayley Westenra". And it seems from Aled's twitter account that the Bond String Quartet will be involved also

Terry Wogan is a long standing and well-known (in the UK!) Television presenter.
He and Aled did a charity single together some years ago - Silver Bells -
This is for Children in Need (as indeed was the other single) and fits in with the charity appeal for that.

This is now on Youtube - somewhat different from most classical crossover recordings! But Aled can truly do "crossover"! Incidentally, the Bond quartet are also on the recording along with Aled, Hayley and Sir Terry Happy Christmas Dreams, everyone! |
