I am looking for an MP3 version of 'Love Never Dies' with lyrics. I can only find this song recorded by Katherine Jenkins. Does anyone know someone else who has a recording of this song, with lyrics, that can be downloaded? Thanks

I didn't know that you could get MP3s with lyrics, but maybe that's just my ignorance due to my Luddite tendencies. The best live performance of this song I have heard was by Natasha Marsh, but I don't think she has recorded it. My favourite recording is from Ayaka Hirahara, but I suspect the lyrics would mean no more to you than to me, as they are in Japanese. The name most closely associated with the role of Christine for the stage show is Sierra Boggess. If you enter her name together with the song title and mp3 in an internet search, you should come up with a whole raft of download sites, but I can't speak for their legality.

Thanks John, I remember you posting Ayaka Hirahara before but I couldn't remember her name. I love the song but evidently my enthusiasm isn't shared because it's very seldom recorded. I will do a look round and see if I come up with something. Yes, I wish I understood Ayaka's Japanese!

Sierra Boggess has a video on YouTube but she has no recording of the song to download. I find no other recording to download. I hope one of the new, young sopranos will record this on their album.

Thank you, John. Since you can only hear the first 30 seconds, I thought this was just the musical score. But you are correct, it is Sierra singing 'Love Never Dies'. A couple of nights ago, having had a stressful day, I listened to 4 hours of my favorite classical crossover songs, all downloads. Now this song is added to the list. I have a separate list of songs I listened to as a teen and into my twenties. When I am in an entirely different mood, I listen to these as they are all my favorites from my young and carefree days, first love, etc. All the nostalgia comes rushing back! I wonder if any other classical crossover fans completely switch gears once in a while?
