Hey guys,
I asked an opinion for this throughout the site and over social networks - but I wondered if it was worth putting up profiles without their write up to get them up quicker, so people could vote ASAP.
My only concern for this is that I would make a habit of just making these mini profiles and not writing up everything.
I have decided to go ahead with this, but I have set myself a limit of no more than 5 mini profiles at anyone time. i.e. if I have 5 minis up, I would have to complete one of them before I put up another mini profile. I think this way it will stop the site from filling up of loads of profiles without reviews.
So today there are three examples. The Harp Twins, Nathan Pacheco and Sinéad Blanchfield (who has been asking to be put on the site for a few years now, I think....)
Let me know what you think. The front page should represent the changes, and there's now a link on the front page to vote and suggest new artists to be put up. xx

Good deal Nicola. Most of us know how pressed for time you are so any additions are appreciated.

Great idea. Maybe have Adam set up a mini-profile template for you so you can easily add links (i.e., YouTube) so members can check out the artist at the links before voting. Great way to introduce artists to the community and further propagate Classical-Crossover.

Over the next week I will be adding a lot of "mini profiles". That is to say, profiles will have everything except for reviews. This isn't laziness on my part, but a last ditch effort to get as many requested names on the website as possible as the new voting year commences tomorrow (so new artists have equal footing). Reviews will be filled in later on (in some cases, much later on, I'm afraid).
