Many thanks, Kari, for posting these beautiful images from one of Jackie's private performances (I understand that she performed 6 songs altogether).
For those who aren't quite sure about the setting but think it looks familiar, this is where Jackie's DWMIC PBS special was filmed.
There has been comment elsewhere about the "Jackie effect" (her ability to move people emotionally while she is singing) apparent in the couple to the far left in the video ...

From the information area under the video: "Her opening song, to be recorded on Jackie's next album, performed with the Venice Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Ken Bowermeister at sunset for a wedding reception at Ca d' Zan in Sarasota, Florida, USA, April 27, 2012. Song ends as jet flies overhead." If it is indeed true, Jackie's new album may have more "light" pop songs on it. I'm really looking forward to the release.

M. Sims posted this on Amazon: www.heraldtribune.com/article/20120506/ARCHIVES/205061018/-1/todayspaper?p=2&tc=pg"And with a perfect sunset as the backdrop, 12-year-old prodigy Jackie Evancho took to the stage for a surprise performance, dazzling guests with her voice, as she sang a variety of songs, starting with "When You Wish Upon a Star" and ending with the "Phantom of the Opera" classic love song, "All I Ask of You," which drew Yara and David to the dance floor." "Performing before and after Jackie was the Venice Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Kenneth Bowermeister."

That article also reveals the event wasn't actually a wedding, but more of a celebration for the couple who had wed last year.

If I was not in school getting my degree in Music Art. I would get the Video Equipment and travel to where Jackie goes and video Jackie's performances. Then post the video on Youtube and Rapidshare so the people could see Jackie performance. That is the only way that a lot of people can keep up-to-date on Jackie's performances.

From the information area under the video: "Her opening song [Only Time], to be recorded on Jackie's next album, ..." It's not listed on her PBS GP songlist nor have I heard anyone in attendance mention it. I'm disappointed, as I would have loved to have seen it in a live stage performance. It is so beautiful, especially the vocalizations. Maybe it will be an audio extra on the CD. Follow up: I heard the song was a special request from the guests of honor.

Great video. Before seeing this I knew that Jackie had performed WYWAS and "Only Time." Now we know she also sang AIAOY, Imaginer, NF, and PJ. And maybe more. What a beautiful event.
