Hi everyone, The name is Ian and i have just joined the forum. I am located in Telford, Shropshire and a keen follower of Classical Crossover.... especially Sara Brightman.... :0
I am also a keen Recording enthusiast with a cosy, but well equipped project studio. Where i have recorded a number of albums for singer/songwriter/musicians in Folk, Jazz, Pop and Classical Genre.
I am hoping to record an album in the next couple of months that will be in the genre of classical/crossover.
Anyhow, new here and will be visiting on a regular basis.... hope to make loads of new friends and contacts.
Cheers, Ian.

Hello Ian, welcome to the forum. There isn't a huge amount of history here right now, as we had to start again from scratch in December, but we are slowly building up again. I look forward to hearing more from you. Hope all goes well with your album. John

Hi John, Thank you for the welcome. The album is really taking shape, all the tracks have been prepared and the Female Classical Soprano will be in the studio later this month to start two weeks solid recording.
Cheers, Ian.

Welcome to the forums, Ian. Fantastic to hear that you're making an album! As John said, we have much catching up to do after we reset the forums and we can only do that with new members. Very happy to have you here! I'm Nicola (in case the name didn't give it away). xx

Hi Nicola, and thank you for the welcome. Are there any plans to create forum space for members to advertise their interests... for example; I am sometimes looking for vocalists for recording projects, along the lines of;
"Female Soprano required for recording Classical/Crossover album". Project includes Photo shoot for Album Cover/Inserts and promotional use, also possibility of Video production for a track.
Regards, Ian.
